    • We start with experience (real practice), not knowledge (presentation).
    • We use real projects/activities from the real working life of the participants.
    • We do not use artificial case studies.

    PROVEN METHODS

    • We are based on new research on the brain and learning.
    • We use David Rock's AGES and SCARF models
    • His (and many other) researches show that after 4 weeks after finishing classic trainings, we remember only 13%!

    PERSONAL APPROACH

    • We are focused on the specific participant and his/her real life.
    • We build on trust, empathy, authenticity, quality of presence, acceptance of the other person as a person with integrity, respect and the importance of interpersonal relationships.

    REAL LIFE APROACH

    • All our programs are based on the Real Life Approach.
    • Participants decide for themselves what and how they want to learn in each program with us, what they want to try. It's their way.

    real life aproachReal Life Appraoch is based on the modern theory of experiential learning (Kolb), the new research on the brain and on learning, which are reflected in the models AGES and SCARF (Rock) and the latest advances in the person centred approach in psychology (Rogers).
