RLA: Real Life Approach - Přístup reálného života

Real Life Appraoch is based on the modern theory of experiential learning (Kolb), the new research on the brain and on learning, which are reflected in the models AGES and SCARF (Rock) and the latest advances in the person centred approach in psychology (Rogers).
This approach leads to the design of training programs and workshops:

  • That begin with the experience (real work practice) and not explanations and information (presentations);
  • Where the distribution of learning is over time and space (spacing principle from AGES model);
  • That have numerous and diverse learning channels;
  • That use he projects / activities from the real life of participants.
